Customer service (Kimberly) was very good. Car was picked up on schedule. Delivery was one day later than scheduled because the carrier truck broke down. However, the driver (Dimitri) was cool and kept us always up to date. The bonus for one day delay was that the car was delivered in enclosed trailer though I ordered open delivery:) Overall experience very good and I would recommend the company and the service! Btw, this was the only one company who reach out to me on phone during offer review process. (other potential carriers were Ameri Freight, Ship A Car Direct, Nationwide Transport Services, Montway).
