This was the first time I had transported a car, and I did a lot of research. I have to admit, the reviews and comments were scary and negative, ranging from late deliveries, drivers requesting more money at the time of delivery, damages to vehicle, and rude/dishonest people throughout the process.
None of this occurred. in fact, the opposite. What I was told at the onset of the process from Fast Track was how it happened, and I called them three times to ask more questions and confirm answers. The pick up company was very polite and helpful. The delivery driver was also very polite and helpful. From Buffalo NY the transport company was Erin and Bill's and I would recommend them to anyone that needs to transport a vehicle.
The overall experience was great, and I won't hesitate to use the same process the next time we need this type of service.
