I googled all the transport agencies and it was a nightmare trying to find a company that did not have bad ratings of some sort. I finally found good reviews for Amerifreight and specifically "Jessica". I was a little paranoid after reading so many reviews regarding transport brokers being dishonest and terrible customer service. Jessica was upfront about the cost and process and my cars were scheduled for transport within 36 hours of my first contact with her. She always stayed professional and contacted me immediately whenever i had any concerns with the actual transport company. Jessica contacted the transport company when they would not return my calls and from that day forward they were in constant communication with me until the cars were delivered.
I would highly recommend Amerifreight and specifically "Jessica" for the best possible rates and customer service.
