The entire process exceeded expectations. You can definitely tell that customer service was the focus of this company. Jorge kept me well informed the entire time. He called me with an offer that I turned down and he continued to to work the deal until he got a carrier that fit my price range. I had an issue when the carrier was a day late and called them directly and they were short with me. I notified Jorge and he apologized for the issue and advised that he had addressed the concern with them directly. I am above satisfied with the company and will use them exclusively. Great Job.
