This was my first time ever having to ship a Vehicle and I can honestly say I am damn glad that I went with Martha at Auto Shipping Group Inc. The service I received was outstanding, she worked and fought to get the most competitive pricing and kept me updated every step of the process, not only did she answer my questions but she also educated me in the process of shipping a car and definitely mitigated stress, its not everyday you move cross country, but when you do the last thing you want to worry about is your car being transported. I had originally gone to another company I will not mention, and was very disappointed with their lack of customer service and priority, I was never updated and I found myself frustrated trying to get a definite answer after 3 weeks of playing phone tag... However with the Auto Shipping Group, Martha never even gave me the chance to wonder about the current progress If I didn’t receive an email, I would get a phone call updating me on progress and giving me the assurance I needed. I highly doubt I will ever need to ship another car (Don’t plan on moving cross country again!), but if the need ever arises I know I will be a return customer. Thank you Martha, You’re a doll. Five stars well earned.

Wow Mike what an AMAZING review. I truly appreciate it and am so glad you finally have your beloved truck. It was hard work getting over to you but I never gave up even when it got rough to find you a carrier on such difficult route. It was such a pleasure working with you and I wish you the best of luck in this move across country:)
