First time using a car transport service, researched multiple brokers and searched BBB for reviews. Flat Rate returned my calls and was very efficient both on phone in talking me through the process and explaining the differences in on line search engine quotes (all are wrong) and on phone quotes. Driver that picked up our posting was also excellent (Grant) who kept me informed and was polite to my college freshman at the location of origin. No surprises, great service would use again.
