I would never recommend this company

I spoke to Jason when calling companies to book my car transport from IL to CA. I shared with him that I had a ticket booked to leave Monday night. Part of his sales pitch is that his company "owns their trucks and employs directly their drivers" and his company was not a broker like other companies. For these reasons he said that he could guarantee that my car would get picked up before my flight left. Therefore I made the reservation. Jason said that I would get a call 2-3 days before my pick-up date and receive the driver's name and exact pick-up time. Jason said he set-up my pick-up window to be between 8am - 12pm. Since I scheduled my car to be picked-up on Monday, on Friday afternoon I had not heard from anyone from this company. I called Jason to find out what was going on, he "checked" with dispatch and told me that I would get a call in 2 hours with all the details. Jason also said he would not leave the office until everything got finalized. I called Jason 3 hours later, he did not answer my call. Left him a voicemail, he never returned my call. I called customer service, they told me that I would get a call on Saturday with the details. I called Saturday 2 hours before they closed, and no update for me on the name of my driver therefore nothing was confirmed. I was told that I would get a call first thing Monday morning with my driver's information. I got a call at noon on Monday and was told "the driver is running late, he won't pick up your car until tomorrow."

Everything that Jason said was A LIE. Once things did not start lining up, he started ignoring my calls and voicemails. I NEVER heard back from him again.

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
