I moved from Illinois to Nevada due to a new job, however, I had orientation in Maryland on 05/01.
I had recently purchased a brand new car (2013 Elantra) and didn't want my baby handled by just anyone.

I received so many calls and emails from various companies that after 3 days I stopped answering my phone and barely looked at my emails.

I had decided to drive the car myself across country and spoke with my new employer about doing so.
Making the 1700 mile drive alone was not a pleasant thought so I did one last search for the top 5 auto shipping companies and found Auto Shipping Group.

I conducted the necessary check on BBB and yelp and a few other review sites and found their history impressive.
I loved the fact that I would have just one person (Martha C) who I would be in contact with. You're not routed through voice prompts or a general customer service center.. and let me tell you my person was excellent!! She assured me ...and followed through with her word every step of the way!!

The bid was a little higher than what was originally given 865.00 up to 1060.00.. but that was my fault for delaying signing the contract (almost a week and a half) ..BUT the few dollars more didn't matter because my car was PICKED UP WITHIN 3 DAYS from the time I said "yes".
I called Martha on 05/07 and informed her that I was ready to have my baby shipped.. and by 05/09 my Ebony was on the truck headed for Las Vegas.

This company is truly amazing and trustworthy.
The representative that I had..again Martha C... was phenomenal!!!!
Even when I had small questions.. she either answered her phone right away or called me back within the hour... I can not express how much having this process run smoothly meant to me.

Martha Castillo 360-853-2831 Wow what an amazing review Alisha. Thank you so much for appreciating my hard work, I always give it 110 PERCENT. I know how important it was we get Ms. Ebony over to you and I wasted no time in finding you a carrier! Have fun with the Elantra over in Vegas for me:)
