This was my first time shipping a vehicle. I contacted Mark Kukla, he was very friendly and honest from our first phone call and going forward. Mark was upfront on the cost, Of course, I wanted to spend less but he asked if I wanted to get the vehicle here sooner than later. Which I did because I originally contacted Montway Travel on March 22. They arranged to pick my vehicle up on April 9. On April 9th, I called Montway in the morning to confirm my pick up time which was supposed to be before 1pm Cali. time. They gave me the run around, had to call me back and told me the truck driver was not able to give me a specific time he could pick up the vehicle. So, I had cancel the order because they couldn't fulfill my order after almost 3 WEEKS. They had more than enough time to accommodate me. They still charged me $150.00 saying the trucker was scheduled and it was non refundable. As of this time I'm fighting the charges with my credit card company.

I called Mark on April 9th at 10am. He had a price and a trucker ready to pick my vehicle up by noon on April 11th. Mark called me on April 10th and let me know the trucker driver will be there at 9am instead of noon. Which was great we didn't have to rush to get the vehicle on the truck. The driver inspected the vehicle before he put it on the truck. The previous owner had to sign it and we received it with the vehicle. We were scheduled to receive the vehicle on April 16 or April 17. It arrived April 16th by 7pm.


All I have to say is GREAT service from Motor Mover Auto Transport. It's not easy trusting people with your personal possessions and them to take care of your things they way you would. The price was not the cheapest but it was fair. Mark took care of us quickly and efficiently!!! Mark was very easy to talk to on the phone. That is great quality to have when you are dealing with strangers over the phone.

I would use them again and recommend them to EVERYONE!!!!
