Car got here early, which can be a good thing

I was notified on thursday morning that the vehicle was picked up, was expecting the car to arrive on the following monday. The driver called me saturday at noon telling me it has arrived today and that he would be there within one and a half hour. I wasn't at home at the time when he called nor would I be since I had plans prior. Fortunately, the driver was able to work around my schedule and delivered at a time later that day that I can pick up. As much as I liked having the car earlier, I wasn't fully ready with the payment and it caught me off guard. Would like an earlier notice if there was a next time.
