Called Jim Gozde and he explained Mercury's policy and anticipated time frame and within two days of our discussion, he had a transport carrier (Toscano - also very good) lined up for moving my pick-up from NY to FL. Communication was excellent and the carrier worked with us for delivery options, as best as possible, and everything was handled professionally and timely. Would highly recommend their services.
