I shipped 2 cars with this company from California to North Carolina last July. When I agreed to have my cars shipped, I had spoken to Ross who told me my cars would each be insured for 100K and arranged for our cars to go to a storage facility in Charlotte as we would not be there to pick them up. We had several problems with this company along the way.
They insisted on picking up my cars 1 day earlier than agreed upon in our contract, forcing us to rent a car. The driver barely spoke English, so we had many communication issues.
When it came time for the car delivery in Charlotte, the storage facility that Ross picked was closed (July 4th) and I also found out that they charged $60/car/day for storage!! Instead of Ross taking care of this and finding another storage facility for us, we had to deal directly with the unintelligible car shippers. After numerous phone calls, we eventually found our own indoor storage facility that was open on July 4th and much more reasonably priced. The cars were delivered (only after we sent money via money order) and the storage facility made notations of all of the dents on the cars.

When we picked up the cars 2 weeks later, we noticed one of them had several deep scratches, dents, and the CV boot was busted.
When trying to make a claim for these damages, we received much run around from this company. No one wants to take responsibility. Ross’s sister Janine told us there was nothing she could do since we were not present for the delivery of the cars. Apparently their 100K insurance does not apply if you don’t pick up your car in person! Nice if I was told that from the beginning. $1500 in damages I have to pay myself because this sorry company does not stand behind their word. Poor customer service!! Scammers!! Don’t ever ship your car with this company!!! You are better off buying a new car than shipping with this company. It is now several months later and I just found out the company won’t pay a dime of the damages. Save your frustration and use another company!!!!

This customer is attempting to claim damage 9 months after delivery with no bill of lading.. If we are Scammers because we shipped 2 cars at a guaranteed price on specific dates then the definition has drastically changed. It is the same delivery process with every single company a bill of lading must be done upon delivery which serves at the inspection of the vehicles. We have confirmation from the agent at the storage facility and his signature deeming there were no damages at the time of delivery. These people are just trying to get their cost of the transport back by claiming false damages.
