WORST COMPANY I EVER DELT WITH

This company is the worst company I have ever had to deal with in the 25 years of me transporting my car. I booked 2 weeks in advance to have my car picked up from Florida to MA. At the beginning everything went fine I talked to Stacey who made the reservation and took my deposit and sent me emails to confirm the order which I replied and agreed to.

At this time I thought everything was all set and I was told that a driver will contact me 2 days before the pick up and call me to set up the time for pick up. My pick up date was for Monday so I called United Auto Transport on Saturday not knowing if they would be open on Sunday seeing I have not heard from anyone. All I got was a answering machine saying they were busy on the phone so I left a message to please call me. I waited a couple hours and still have not heard back from anyone so I called again and this time talked to a person who told me Jennifer was on the phone and she call me right back. I again waited a couple hours and never received a call back. So again I called and got the answering machine and again left another message to please call me so I know when the car will be picked up. I had called many times after and left many messages and still never received a call back. On Sunday I did this all over again making many calls and leaving messages. On Monday the day the car was to be picked up I still never received a call after leaving numerous messages. At this time I was getting upset as I had to catch a flight to come back home and time was winding down. I finally got ahold of Stacey who said she will get back to me. I waited and waited and as no surprise never got a call back so again I called and to make this short I made numerous calls and received very little results. They promised me the car would be picked up
as I waited until 9pm that night and never received a call and the car was never picked up.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIECE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A AUTO TRANSPORT COMPANY DO YOURSELF A FAVOR CALL SOMEONE ELSE
