Overall the move was very good; however, I never received my confirmation by e-mail or snail mail. I contacted them several times and finally got the notice that my credit card had been charged, but no other information. I was told that their system was down, and that i would receive the information, but never did, even to this date. The car arrived in good condition and the transport company was very good. I do have a concern that I never received the paperwork from Motor Movers.
