This is the first time we had our car transported. We had quite a few questions. In the beginning I called Felicia a lot. She was always very pleasant and satisfied all of our concerns. She followed up on the pickup and delivery. Everything went just fine. The date of pickup and delivery was accurate. Our vehicle was just as is was when we released it to the driver. Thanks for a job well done all around.
