Malia exhibited a great deal of patience. We ran into a serious of problems that required her to be flexible. She was always cheerful and understanding of our situation.
We had to cancel our first delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. Malia did not miss a beat. She was gracious even when she thought the deal would never go through.
Eventually we were able to locate the vehicle and was able to get it running.
She had no problem trusting that we would go through with the contract this time.
She gave us our options and delivered as promised.
We couldn't be happier.
She is an asset to the Industry.
