Fletcher was extremely helpful, courteous, and honest. Based on our phone conversations, he was very knowledgeable and open regarding the entire process. Since the final destination was a little off the beaten path (Lexington Park, MD), he was genuinely concerned about the ability to find a carrier, who would take this job at a reasonable price. However, he was successful in finding a carrier who could accomplish the job with no issues. The entire process was seamless from start to finish; communication was excellent. Pick-up was a block from our house. Delivery was very close and convenient to where I was staying.
The final price was comparable with other brokers. All Aboard was not the cheapest, but price was not my most important criteria. His reviews, BBB rating, and first impression on the phone were the key factors in my selecting All Aboard Auto Transport for transporting my 2 cars from Southern CA to Southern MD. I would definitely use his services again.
