This was the first time we have transported our car from NY to Florida. I was very anxious about it. However, Bill walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions. I even had to delay the timing of the shipping but Bill stayed in touch with me until I was ready to go forward. He also interceded with the actual shipper to get me the most updated information on the arrival for pickup. And he followed up with me to be sure the car arrived safely. I couldn't have been more pleased with my first experience in shipping my car. Thanks to Bill for the great customer service.
