I searched all over to find a company that I could trust with my vehicle. I went with "company A", and they screwed up, BAD. So I found myself last minute trying to find a company I could rely on, especially after "company A" freaked me out. My vehicle is customized (lowered, 19 inch rims, front lip, full exhaust, custom paint, etc). Lets just say I have trouble getting over speed bumps. So I was pretty direct when I said to Ship a Car Direct that my car will need some special attention. They assured me that they handle specialty cars all the time and that I was in good hands. They picked my car up 2 days later which was great because any later and I wouldn't have been there for pick up. I would have already been on a plane to California. They told me the car would be in California the following Monday or Tuesday. Well, Sunday rolls around and I get a call letting me know my car will be there the following day. Monday comes, I get a phone call, and I had to walk a couple block to go meet up with them but that is understandable considering I live in a gated community. By the time I got there my car was already off the truck, I inspected it and beside it being a bit dirty, which is also understandable considering I came from snow and slush, the car was in the same shape I left it. Yes, I would use Ship a Car Direct again! A+
