I was inundated with quotes from many shippers when I purchased a vehicle in Tampa to be delivered to me in Rutherford, NJ.

This shipper sent me very courteous emails if I had shipped my car already, and if not, when I was ready to do so, they would assist every step of the way. Also, the quote was the best offer of all the shippers that provided quotes.

The vehicle did not arrive on time as scheduled. It was 2 days late. However, the driver, Joe was in touch with me to let me know when he would arrive to my house.

When he did arrive, Joe was very friendly and greeted me with a hand shake and a smile. How could I be upset that the vehicle did not arrive as scheduled. He used extreme care when the vehicle was lowered safely from the carrier and showed me how to start the car and explained how to use the device to open the car doors, trunk, and how to start the keyless ignition, and how to use the automatic, or stick shift.
