My car died in NY New Year's Eve and I needed to get it back to MA quickly. I knew nothing about car transportation, but filled out several online forms. Josh at All American got me a quote the same day. I spoke with him and he patiently walked me through the process. His communications were great - he answered the phone each time I called and kept me up to date through e-mail. The car was picked up within a few days despite the holiday and arrived safely in MA a few days later.
Josh made the experience simple and pleasant. He's an asset to the team & if I ever need a car transport again I will be calling All American. THANKS!!! Jim W.
