Felicia was friendly and helpful at the start. This was the first time we had ever transported a vehicle and she was able to answer all the questions and concerns we had about transporting our vehicle. She explained the entire process and was flexible with us as we were making our decision. We were initially quoted at $970 when we started our conversation with Red Carpet Auto Transport, but due to weather and limited carriers we were given the option of paying a greater amount or waiting till a different carrier would be able to pick up the car. Although the price was over the quoted amount Felicia worked with us so that so were able to get a price that was close to what was quoted initially. It was important for us to stay within a certain budget, so we needed to be flexible with the dates. We had to wait a couple of weeks, but she contacted us when she heard back from carriers and gave us options on when and who we could use. In the end, we paid $1175.

She provided us with friendly service during the transportation of the car so we felt safe that the car was with Red Carpet. Felicia kept us up to date about the status of our car from when the carrier would be picking up the car to when the car arrived at the final destination. We had different people that were present at pick up and drop off and she was able to accommodate our needs. The car was picked up as scheduled on a Monday and dropped off 11 days later. This was the estimate that we had gotten from her initially so we weren't surprised by the length of time it took.

Although we ended up paying more than initially quoted, we were able to stay within our budget. If we were to have to transport our car in the future, I would trust Felicia and Red Carpet Auto Transport.

The drivers have to have enough vehicles to justify traveling on a particular route. Unfortunately most of the carriers were headed to southern Cali because that's where the demand was. Because you weren't flexible to wait for the next set of drivers the charge was higher because of your demand and time constraints in your itinerary. Timing is really important in our business.
