The overall experience was good. My car was picked up on the estimated date, delivered on the estimated date. Also, the car did not have any damage, the car did not have extra miles on it and neither any item was stolen from my car.
However, a 12 or 18 hour advance intimation about pick up or delivery time would have helped. Though it was picked and delivered on the estimated dates, the advance intimation helps to plan out things as most of us are at work and cannot change plans suddenly.
The car had little dirt on the back side but that is acceptable as this was an open transport for more than 2200 miles.
If I need a transport again, I would definitely check with Magic Transport / Stephanie again !!
