As advertised. The rep (Rod Westlund) was prompt and efficient and my car made the trip from coast to coast without a hitch (which, in the end, is all you can hope for). One word of advice, unless you like in an area with wide open spaces, be prepared to negotiate with the truck driver for the exact pickup/dropoff location, which most likely will not be at your house.
