This company guaranteed a pick-up date and never came through even after giving them close to a month in advance to make arrangements. After calling to find out why there was no pick-up they once again guaranteed pick-up a few days later and still never came through. I was finally able to get ahold of David and cancel my order. I have not received my deposit yet and cancelled on October 30th, 2013. Since then I have sent multiple e-mails with no response in return. I have also left many messages with David and Bradley and no response from either. Usually the wait time is over an hour just to talk with someone. This company didn't have any problems answering the phone to take my deposit. This company makes a lot of empty promises and does not come through as promised. I am very dissatisfied with this company and will be turning this matter over the credit card collections and Better Business Bureau to resolve this matter. Beware of this company.
