Jorge at AmeriFreight was excellent to work with during and after my move. I was doing a move from Pennsylvania to California and needed the car to be picked up in a very tight window. When I did not see any bids to move my car, I emailed Jorge and asked if they could open the bids a few days earlier than the original "car available" date. He did this promptly. AmeriFreight contacted me promptly to let me know that a car transport company had bid to move the car. Twenty-four hours after the car was delivered, I got he car washed and noticed that the car was damaged by the transporter. Jorge walked me through the process for contacting the transporter and for filing a claim with the AFTA insurance.
Overall, I have been very impressed with the professionalism and customer service that I have received from AmeriFreight.
