First time using a carrier, so there was a lot to navigate! This review site was a good help, so I'm adding my 2 cents! We had some issues with getting our car transported in the time frame we asked & hoped for, but we were also dealing with Christmas/ New Year's holidays in the midst and weather (snow) and a flat the truck-driver had before picking up our car. This caused truckers choosing the highest dollar offers (which we couldn't afford) so we had to wait longer than what I hear is normal. Suncoast did their best to work with us through it all and were very good about responding to my communications to them. The truck-driver was kind and responsible. Our car was delivered safely, in the VERY unusual FIVE DEGREES we had that day in Atlanta! Thanks to Becky, Sherri and all who reassured us through it all!
