They couldn't find a driver to transport my vehicle after having me wait for a week. I was ok with this and understood because the whether was bad up north. Sent contract cancellation letter on the 5th of December and I'm still waiting as of Dec. 26th for my money. I had no problem with Henry Dunn and the other people that I contacted, but their account rep. Janette Lopez was pretty unconcerned and nasty about the length of time it is taking to get my money back. They took it from my account the next day when I asked for their service, but I understand how refunds have to go through different channels but if you have someone representing your company they should be more concerned about what you are going through. MS. LOPEZ YOU SHOULD NOT BE IN A POSITION WHERE YOU ARE DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC!!!!
