After having my transport request sit for two weeks without my vehicle being picked up, I decided to look at other companies. I talked with Diane at Cascade and found out that several companies had my request for transport listed on central dispatch for 3 different prices and that was the reason that no carrier was picking up my transport. Diane took the time to educate me on the processes of transport companies, and we settled on a slightly higher price to get my van picked up. She also took care of the other companies who were posting my request on central dispatch, two of whom I had never even contacted! I had a carrier pick up my bid within 2 hours, and the van was picked up the next day! Even better, it got delivered early!
