Mike was able to get me a quote and find me a carrier in less than 24 hours after I've asked for the information. Another company that I contacted wanted to charge a broker fee BEFORE they found a carrier, but not Safeway. This is my second time using Safeway and the service has been consistent - very professional, honest, and great on communication (I've found that communication is the Achilles' heel of many other companies that I've contacted). Mike promptly returned all my calls and emails even on Saturdays and Sundays (that's not to say you should expect this all the time, as he deserves a weekend break just like the rest of us). Their fee is not the cheapest, but for the quality of services they provide, it's money well spent, and I'd gladly pay for their services in future transports.
