We obtained reviews from numerous auto transport services and were most impressed with AmeriFreight's professionalism and BBB A+ rating. They seem super busy! We started the process a few weeks before our first available pick up date, and after accepting the estimate online, we waited a few weeks before hearing any news. When we did hear from them, things moved quickly! We were excited to find out that our car would be picked up just one day after our first available date. We were pretty excited about that, especially since it was a busy holiday week. The company sent several reminder e-mails and updates to make sure we knew where our car was, though the timeline for delivery is at the whim of the transport company, which is separate from AmeriFreight. We waited about 2 weeks to get our car, and in the end it was delivered in fine shape. Thanks AmeriFreight!
