Horrific company

LATE Delivery. Told us it'd arrived 2 hours before pickup and demanded that we get there (because we discovered later they were covering up tire damage and didn't want them to deflate again until after we had driven it off the lot). TWO tires on opposite sides of the vehicle were damaged, but the damage was not seen until after we drove off the lot. They had replaced one of our tires with a damaged "new" one to hide damage on that one and they had over-inflated our other one, breaking the sensor, which we discovered after it was towed to the tire place. Horrible customer service. Laurie Jaskula literally started ignoring me after I told her their denial of my claim was unacceptable and I wanted to talk to her supervisor. I can't get a hold of anyone above her because all numbers regarding claims lead to her. I don't know how she sleeps at night. My husband and I chose DAS because we were told that they were the only reliable company out there who wouldn't leave our car sitting somewhere for weeks...well our car sat in IL for 12 days.....so damn close to the destination in OH but yet far enough. Here we were moving across country because our jobs didn't work out, 7 months pregnant with our first child, and we had to pay and additional $265 for two tires that DAS couldn't pick up. The heartless bastards. Sleep well, DAS employees, you work for a corrupt company.
