First of all, if you can contact the carrier directly you'd better do that. Maybe it is just this broker, but I would think that how all these broker operate.
I got the quote for this company on Monday 11/4 for $850 for the car to be picked up that week (which end on Sunday 11/10). I signed the contract on 11/5 and give the deposit of $200 and they said that I have to pay the driver $ 650 - BUT BE VERY CAREFUL, it is written but they did not say explicitly that the carrier can charge you more than that without any reason. SO THIS IS A STUPID CLAUSE, just to cover this company's ass and you are really on the very WEAK position after signing this. This company will find the carrier for you - you cannot choose carrier- and you never talk to the carrier about the price so you assume this BROKER will negotiate and agree with the price that you are quoted - BUT THAT IS NOT THE CASE. YOU DON'T NEGOTIATE WITH THE CARRIER BUT YOU ARE GOING TO BE RESPONSIBLE ON WHATEVER CARRIER MIGHT CHARGE YOU !!!!.
After calling them several time on Thursday, finally the Dispatcher informed me that the car will be picked up either on Saturday 11/9 or Sunday 11/10 and promised that the driver will call a day before the pick up day. Friday 11/8 nobody called. So I call the dispatcher twice and left some voice mail and emailed the support. But nobody responded. Until Late Saturday 11/9, nobody called. Again called the dispatcher 3 times and left voice mails and emailed the support, STILL NOBODY called or contacted me. Sunday 11/10 nobody picked up the car. On Monday, after complaining, finally the dispatcher said that the car will be picked up on Wed 11/13. But the driver called that the truck broke down and finally picked up on Thu 11/14. The car delivered on Sunday 11/17 - the hood is very dirty (oily) I think because on the top of it was a broken car that might leaking oil or something.
BUT THE WORST PART, THE DRIVER TOLD ME TO PAY $750 or OTHERWISE he will take the car back to Connecticut and I HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL $600. TRIED TO CALL FAST TRACK (BROKER), BUT NOBODY ANSWERED ON SUNDAY. SO I WAS FORCED TO PAY $100. WHEN I COMPLAINED THE NEXT DAY, FAST TRACK just easily said that I SIGNED THE CONTRACT. THEY DID NOT LISTEN TO ME WHEN I SAID THAT I NEVER CHOSE AND NEGOTIATED WITH THE CARRIER, FAST TRACK DID, HOW COME IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY.
After a lengthy email chains (AS I am always a the client site and don't have any time to YELL at them), Andrew said that the dispute department is working on it. But I have very little or NO hope on that. It has been more than a week and I have not heard anything from them.
Basically, AVOID WORKING WITH THESE PEOPLE. DEAL WITH CARRIER DIRECTLY. IF YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE, BE CLEAR WHAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR.

We apologize the truck was a delayed due to a winter snow storm. Please keep in mind next time you ship a vehicle only store 100lbs. of luggage not 300lbs. and keep the fuel at a quarter of a tank not a full tank. Maybe the carrier will not charge you additional fees.
