Slow to get the car picked up and delivered, I had to call and got the run around. After a week or so I call the manager and with in a couple of days the car did get picked up. The car stayed in storage in MI for a week or so then went to Texas then up to me to be delivered. The truck was rough looking and I thought a nice new respectable looking rig would pull up (NOT). We unload the car out of the semi, the driver hands me the papers and I was asked to sign them and he was off with the rest of the payment. I then seen a scratch on the lower right fender, call the company and they did nothing but give me the run around or just did not return my phone calls. I got written conformation that the scratch was not there when it left SC sent all supporting doc's, pics, ectsent to them. They denied the scratch, I then call the supervisor and he said he would have to review this. A week later I called again and he told me they would not do anything about it, I pointed out that the scratch was not there when it left SC and was there when it got to KS. He said he would discuss it some more with his boss and they may be able to pay half the damage. So a week later I called again and he just said there is nothing they was going to do about it, claiming the scratch was there already. Now keep in mind I was ALWAYS polite and nice about the whole thing but still got the shaft on this one. I wanted to hire a top notch company that would treat you right.... guess I picked the wrong carrier!!!!! In case ANYONE wants to verify that I am a recent customer my order number was 466400.
