Everything about the pick-up and delivery was perfect, BUT...
After the car was delivered, I was calling the AAM for three weeks to find out how to get my rebate. Left messages to Chris Archer, but he has never called me back. The other customer service representatives were telling me that I needed to speak to Chris about the rebate, and that no one else could help me with that. Finally, last week a lady at the customer service picked up the phone, and she e-mailed me the rebate instructions. So quickly and easy! I'm mailing my rebate papers today, and, hopefully, I will get my $50 back!
