My Mazda3 was delivered in 5 days. I was concerned on if driver could pick up my van at the same time, because there is no parking spot for an extra car. But Jessica at AmeriFreight did an excellant job for me to have driver deliver the car and picking up the van at the same time. Jessica also gave me two phone# for driver and dispatcher that I can check with them to get updated. When my van is in Atlanta Monday, truck got some problem, I called Jessica again, she tried her best to worked out some options for me. I feel she is quite reliable to help. The driver is also honesty to keep us updated and finally had the truck fixed to deliver my van back safely. If I am going to ship the car in the future, I will contact Jessica at AmeriFreight again and surly will recommend her to my friends. This is my 1st experience shipping the car cross country. It has been quite a smooth and perfectly meet my expection for the whole process. Thank you Jessica for your excellent job!
