Fast track had my review taking down due to I was not a customer... Well have a bank statement showing they took my money. So if they want to dispute that then o.k. THEY CALLED ME UNPROFESSIONAL AND WOULD NOT SEND OUT ANOTHER DRIVER IF I DON'T CALM DOWN., calm down really they made me feel like my car was being held hostage they got my money. GOT your attention because that was what was said. And as you can see by the reviews that fast track always put's the blame on the consumer. They will try to disclaim everything said by the reviewer. They always shove the signed contract out so it's not there fault. Don't do it.. Please read all, I am a 20 year VET with multiple deployments and I am being called unprofessional. (and I have move my veh 5 times before and never had a issue like this with any company.) Things happen understandable, no call backs no info, being rude after having my money??? Nov 4th mon. no pick up, called derrick he said he will be back to office in a hour and will call me back, no call. Next day tue, said got driver will pick up Wed will send email with drivers contact number, did not receive either they got mad at me when I said I did not receive the email they said it could of went to spam, o.k.??? wed no driver same thing called derrick he said he would be in never got a call back so, would anyone be pissed about now???? Thought so, so left messages stating that if they can not get my car picked up want money back and I have another driver... they called me unprofessional and would not send a driver out if I don't calm down, calm down really they made me feel like my car was being held hostage. Not a way to run a business, got the number of the driver from them over the phone and called the driver he said the price was to low and he canceled, Now would you think that fast track should of known about this??? No put the blame on the me.. o.k.? Now they will state that they called me back on the day's that I noted but have a copy of my phone records stating that never did, so if anyone would like to see my phone records, showing them they did not call then let me know... They got my money but will never get my service again and I have let all of my military buddies know NOT TO EVEN DEAL WITH FAST TRACK EVER. I hope everyone reading this review will do the same.

THIS IS NOT OUR CUSTOMER. THERE IS NO ORDER ID NUMBER TO PROVE THEY ARE A CUSTOMER OF OURS.
