My overall experience was very good. Rachael was able to secure an enclosed trailer for my 2013 Escalade ESV and it was both picked-up and delivered within the prescribed time frames she laid out at the inception. I opted for the GAP insurance, but fortunately did not have to use it. Rachael was nice enough and knowledgeable on the phone, but did not return or answer my emails once the carrier was secured and paid for which I thought was odd. I emailed her twice with questions, but I never received a response. Oh well, turns out everything was fine anyways, but a response would have been nice. The carrier was great, he promptly returned all texts and calls and kept me abreast of the timing of pick-up and delivery. Would recommend their services.
