Overall I had a pleasant experience with Dependable Auto Shippers. I take very good care of my truck and was a bit worried to watch it get shipped off across the country. It arrived exactly when they said it would and in the same condition as it was in before. The only negatives worth mentioning are that the customer service is somewhat decentralized so it was sometimes difficult to get in contact with the right person to have my questions answered. Also the online tracking isn't updated frequently so you don't really know where your vehicle is or when it will be delivered until it reaches a major hub. But the important things to me were pricing and dependability, and in those respects DAS thankfully met my expectations.
