L.Pelaez contacted me with a quote of $550.oo to transport car from Wisc to Va. After I explained to him I am in the US Navy and needed to have the vehicle BEFORE 19 Sep, L. Pelaez said delivery would be no problem. Car was supposed to be picked up around 13 Sep. I called the seller who told me the car had not been picked up. Dolphin said they needed to locate a new driver. Dolphin said car would be picked up around 15 Sep and would be delivered no later than 19 Sep. Contract said my harge would be $400.00 C.O.D. Dolphin promised the driver $600.00. The driver called me, not Dolphin, and said I owe him $600.oo C.O.D. I called Dolphin and was put on hold so long that I learned four new songs. I talked to several different people and was told L.Pelaez was out sik, had left for the day, or was not at work yet. I talked to the dispatcher several times, and I also talked to John and Nate. They all put me on hold. The driver said he would impound my car and send it to a storage facility which charges 4%0.00 per day. further, he said he would apply for a title and sell the car. I called Dolphin and was put on hold for so long I learned a third song. Dolphin ultimately told me to do what I have to do. Not sure how such a business can operate like this without penalties or face justice. Any company that has a reputation as documented on this site should be reported to the Attorney General in Miami, Florida. With your help some change will occur. Thanks for nothing L.Pelaez.
I will consult the Consumer protection Agency.
