Late and poor service

I bought a car from a guy in New Jersey, it took them a week just to find a driver. I was told the car would be picked up on Monday. The person who I purchased the car from got a call saying he would pick it up Tuesday. On Tuesday the the seller got no call and the car didn't get picked up. I called Wednesday pretty mad. Ashley the manager called the driver and he said he'd pick it up that day. He did, and I asked what day it would be delivered, Ashley said Sunday but she'd call the driver to confirm and call me back. I never got a call and they don't update my tracking on the website, so I have no idea where my car is. I wish I never used them I would suggest to use another company I had a terrible experience.
