Good customer service from Bob, bad experience on picking up

Bob was able to find the shipping company fast, so making confirmation and paper work was fast and easy.

However, the shipping company Auto Jet Transport has very bad communication. I was the one contacted AJ first. He said he will pick up the vehicle on Sept 12. After 10pm he called to inform that he was not able to pick up... BUT I WAS CALLING HIM and NO ANSWER during day time.

Of course the next day Sept 13 has no communication, I even text him but no reply. He finally picked up late Sept 14 (supposed to pick up on Sept 12).

It's VERY VERY frustrated that I can't do much on my daily tasks those 3 days because of no proper communication for picking up. Lots of things need to be done but afraid that the shipping company may arrive at anytime.

So, the driver picked up the vehicle on the date that supposed to be delivered. The driver used 2 days for delivery, which was fast! But picking up experience with terrible communication has ruined the overall process, thanks.
