Amerifreight was did a great job in many ways. They were polite, helpful, prompt, and courteous. As far as customer service, I would use them again without hesitation. My only issue, and I can't blame Amerifreight completely, was that I was quoted a price which was A LOT lower than everyone else and this was a deciding factor for me. The problem is that no carriers were interested in picking up my vehicle at this price. It took a week of gradually increasing the price before someone agreed to take the vehicle. So in the end, I wasted a week and I ended paying the same price as all the other companies that quoted for me. Live and learn I guess! Like I said, not entirely their fault but then again I think they should have known that no one would pick up the vehicle at this price. Overall though, I was very satisfied despite this.
