Timing not great, but excellent service!

My only requirement for shipping my car was that it be there no later than my specified delivery date. This made things kind of difficult because they schedule based on pick-up, not delivery. Unfortunately my pick-up date was 2 days late and my car was delivered 1 day late. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly responsive, helpful, and upfront about the process. When the driver needed $100 extra, Ship-a-Car Direct was very helpful and willing to negotiate that cost with me, which was greatly appreciated. Apart from the delivery timeline, everything about my car's travel was easy, smooth, and I always knew what was going on. If timing is an issue, just count on it maybe taking 1-2 days longer than expected and you'll have a great experience with Ship-a-car Direct!

Thanks for your review, Elizabeth! You offer great advice since timing is one of those important points that we just can't guarantee. Carriers can only offer timing estimates rather than exact precise schedules, so it is best to leave a little wiggle room in your plans!
