As someone who values customer service and a good hard work ethic I have to say that this experience was not the best I have experienced and was actually very stressful. I have moved from the east coast to the west several time and back and this was not a fun at all. I do not want to get into details however what I will say is that I did not realized that this company was actually a broker. I would not have mined if I knew what I was getting into, this later became an issued when I need direct help and assistance and my calls and concerns fell to the waist line. It took customer services days before getting back to me and at the point me and that driver had gotten into several verbal confrontations due to his lack of communication skills and unprofessional actions. He basically left my car in the middle of LA after agreeing to me at a certain location with the knowledge that I was altering my actual work schedule because he arrived early and did not get me enough hour notice in advance so that I can properly coordinate a smooth transaction. I would not recommend this company and I will not be using it again. I am almost prompted to file a report with the " better business bureau".
