This was my first time shipping a car and after reading reviews AmeriFreight seemed like the best. The reviews weren't lying! I used the first class shippment option since I was not able to be flexible with the pickup/delivery days. I had a great experience with AmeriFrieght. Graham took care of my order and explained all the details and was very patient as I asked several questions. He contacted me right away when he secured a carrier for my car. You didn't really get a more than a day's notice of when the carrier will come to pick up your car, but that is expected. However, when I got a call from the carrier (AMKO transport) they were honest about when they were coming. The driver, Edgar, explained every detail and let me watch the car be loaded. He even allowed me to contact him during his trip to ask if he would arrive in California on time. I wasn't expecting my car to arrive on the first possible day that it could, but it did! So the service was super fast. My car arrived in great condition and was hardly dirty (pro of shipping during the summer time). The car delivery guy was very professional as well. Had a great experience and would do it again with AmeriFreight!
