Called Rachel up, gave her my first available pick-up date and my truck was picked up in the 5 day window that I was given (my pick up window was Friday thru Thursday - and my truck was picked up Saturday morning).
No issues with either Amerifreight or the contracted carrier. Truck was picked up and then dropped off 6 days later. No surprises, everything was done exactly the way it was explained to me. Rachel even called me earlier than my pick-up date to see if I wanted my truck to go earlier with another carrier. I couldn't let go of my truck that early, but it was nice to see that she making sure I got my vehicle to it's destination. She also called me after delivery to make sure everything went well.
FYI, I received a discount on my order since I agreed to write an honest review. Know that while I was given the discount, the review I wrote could be positive or negative in nature...but like I said, there were no surprises during the process and everything went to plan.
