I don't typically write reviews, and often times you can't trust the reviews because it might be from a bad experience. After-all they say, if you have a bad experience you will likely tell 4x as many people than if you had a good experience. This is how it all started - and I'll try to be concise and to the point.

1. I signed up on a site to get quotes & promptly got inundated with calls/emails.
2. Webster Relocations email: "Here at Webster Relocation, we are a Christian Family owned and operated business...." This should have been a flag (*any company stating the religious affiliation is trying to appeal to your morals/and the main faith in the USA). I fit in that category I am ashamed to say.
3. After examining their quote it's the cheapest by a huge margin so I went ahead and called them because after-all you never meet these folks in person. They were super nice and answered all my questions, so naturally I went with them. "average time is about 3-5 days probably closer to 3 coming from your area" >"Your right sir I will put some of our deposit down towards it">>*Which was totally a lie by the way.
Another day passes...Nothing.
8. I speak to a gentlemen and asked him why nothing has come from all these changes he then turns into A RUDE AND ANGRY MAN. I said I don't think its fair I raise the cost and it still going to take the same amount of time as you told me. His attitude was so inappropriate, and I told him "look sir I have not changed my attitude towards you, or yell at you, but your talking to me like you could care less about my issues and you should treat people the way you like to be treated." He quickly said if you cancel they will charge me a 75 cancelation fee, so I naturally said fine I will wait some more.

Two more days passes and this point I am loosing money because I don't have my car at my new location. Fed up I decide to call a few other companies. One company- Transport Connection (whose in the top 5 of reviews) went ahead and sent me a screen shot of comparable cars in my area coming to Austin. All of them had values 200$ more than mine so obviously a carrier will choose what pays out more, not Webster relocations low ball offer. Finally it clicked my car isn't moving because no driver wants to take my car for that low of a value. And a company who is willing to tell you and email you that screen shot of what these drivers see, is someone who doesn't bs....you will soon realize why with webster your car just sits there.

In short use a company that will answer all your questions, and tell you what cars in that area are going for. They should list the cars and the values being offered because if your car is small it should be cheaper than the bigger cars.

I Totally understand you may get a totally different experience than me, I mean look at the other reviews for them it was great.

*********After canceling and emailing them - I get 8 calls from webster saying they have someone to take my car...what you don't realize is on the carrier website they outbid my new company Transport Connection by a significant amount. I suspect that once I called they would say "the new price is....if you want it to go out now " "************** My new transport company - Transport Connection called them and they promptly placed him on hold, what they didn't realize was I was overhearing everything. 1 minute later they were calling me on the other line!

Hopefully you guys/gals have good luck and learn from my mistakes. At the end of the day you want to feel like your being treated with respect and not lied too. Moving is hard as is, you don't need any additional headaches.
