I called to use this company to ship my car from Boston, MA to Los Angeles, CA. Brad Taylor on my initial phone call was extremely pushy and only concerned about getting my credit card number for the deposit. I learned later that NO COMPANY SHOULD ACCEPT A DEPOSIT beforehand, and that the deposit goes straight into their POCKETS. The deposit was immediately deducted from my credit card, but I never heard from the company for 3 weeks. My car was scheduled to be picked up on July 27, and when I called on July 25 they said they were still looking for a driver. I called again the 26th and was told by Lisa that she would get back to me in a few hours, and I never heard from her. I called later on in the day and it went straight to voicemail. On the 27th, when my car was supposed to be picked up, I called again and received the voicemail each time. I finally left a voicemail stating that I needed my car shipped by a certain day and that if they couldn't do that, I would need to find another business. I then called another business and 5 minutes into the phone call he had a driver and pickup date and time for me. I proceeded to write an email to Brad saying to cancel my reservation since absolutely nothing had been done for me yet. Suddenly after that email Lisa contacted me (how ironic). On Monday Brad called me telling me he had a driver to pick up my car that afternoon, and when I told him I had found another driver (and sent a cancellation email) he HUNG UP ON ME. I called right back and he yelled at me and hung up on me again. I called him back for a third time and told him I wanted a refund for my deposit, which was never said to be nonrefundable and he yelled "We don't do refunds" and hung up on me again. This is the most unprofessional business and the biggest scam. I have called the surgeron general, the better business bureau, and am speaking to a lawyer. DON'T MAKE THIS MISTAKE!!!
