TERRIBLE SERVICE - PAID IN FULL - NO SERVICE

PAID IN FULL - NEVER HEARD FROM THEM

If I could give negative stars I would.

I paid in FULL for a car transport with their online form. I thought it was odd that they never contacted me after receiving my full payment that day. The next day I called ALL day and got voice mail. I left a message. Next day called again ALL day and got voicemail. Left another message. I was NEVER called back. I sent an email and got a form reply message asking me to call their customer service number!

The next day I called and finally got someone on the phone who tells me "the status center is busy call back in 15 minutes" and then hangs up. I call back and again "the status center is busy call back in 15 minutes". I called numerous times and got "the status center is busy call back in 15 minutes" and was hung up on.

On thursday 7/25 I called and got someone on the phone who told me that a transport company had been assigned and I would be called back with a pick up time. I was NEVER called back.

I called twice on friday 7/26 and was told the trucker was in the area and pick up would be that day or the next. As of monday 7/29 the car was NEVER picked up.

This company is a total joke. They had no intention of picking up my car. The NEVER assigned a truck as they told me they did. Heck, after receiving my full payment of almost $700 they never even called me!

PAID IN FULL - SEALAND TRANSPORT NEVER CONTACT ME & NEVER PROVIDED SERVICE. LIED TO ME ABOUT HAVING TRUCK ASSIGNED!

PLEASE REFER TO OUR INDUSTRY STANDARD SHIPPING AGREEMENT. WE HAD THIS CUSTOMER SCHEDULED FOR A PICK UP WITH A CARRIER WHEN HE DECIDED THAT HE WANTS TO CANCEL ORDER AND DRIVER THE CAR HIMSELF. ISSUED FULL REFUND ASAP.
